Ever since I graduated from my university days, I have been working as an engineer. I had been a top performer during my working days as an engineer. But that didn’t stop me from getting the axe while the company is making a major re-structuring. In my short eight years of corporate career, I had gone through two rounds of retrenchments.

Each time, I managed to get employed immediately with an even higher salary. But the agony of being retrenched is not easy to take, it’s like suddenly you felt so lost about your own future. I am glad that I was still young at that time and didn’t suffer as much as some of my colleagues who have their families to support. I just want to bring out some of these cruel facts about working in a corporation. It doesn’t mean that as long as you work hard for the company, you will be rewarded with a life-time contract with your company.

To me, my turning point in life came when I read the book called “Rich Dad,Poor Dad” by Robert Kiyosaki. I came across this book few years ago but never made an effort to read it at that time. When I finally finished reading it, it brought out many of the brutal facts and similarities about my experience working for a corporation and my life.

Somehow it set me to think seriously after my 2nd retrenchment in as short as 4 years period. Even though I got a job before being retrenched, I couldn’t accept that such thing was happening again. I was very determined not to let it happen for the third time. I paid up to attend on some enrichment courses such as Money Mastery Program which embraced mindset transformation towards money and wealth. It was after the 3 days of intensive boot-camp that I finally began to see the financial world in a different light.

As an engineer, I find that working hard is the only way to make more money. But after the boot-camp, I had a totally different perspective. I have learnt that money is abundance everywhere, the only problems lies in our ability to discover them. If you can’t grasp this money concept well, you will always find yourself chasing after money instead of attracting money to come to you. This has been neglected by most people and this is the very reason why there are more poor people than rich people. This was never taught in school. If you are willing to indulge yourself with a mindset transformation towards money and wealth, I can assure you that you will not be skeptical towards any opportunity that comes into your way.

It was out of a genuine concern to my fellow professionals who are still working hard in their jobs that set me to write this handbook. Don’t get me wrong, I am not discouraging anyone from working hard. But my concern for all professionals out there is that if your only income comes solely from your job, there is a high possibility of getting yourself into trouble in the event of another major financial crisis. Do not deceive yourself that you are well taken care by your company and nothing will happen to you. Wake up now to realize that there is no such thing as “iron-rice bowl” concept nowadays.

Today, I am going to share this platform on how I managed to get out of the rat race and embarking on my financial freedom dreams in this fast track. As a full-time engineer, I was working part-time in this program for more than 9 months and my passive income has soared to 5-figures monthly which is a few times more than my full-time income. It requires both hard work and full commitment to do well in this. But it is definitely worth every single sweat and effort you put into it.

One of the statements I frequently heard of in the field of network marketing is that “Every business exists to create values, but network marketing exist to create and change lives”. I can’t help but to agree totally with this statement which I have personally experience in life. It gives me a sense of satisfaction beyond what I can explain when I observe many of my team members are seeing a difference in their life with the efforts they have put into this business. Needless to say, I am recommending network marketing as a form of generating passive income to all of you and another simple reason that they offer invaluable personal development education necessary to provide you with a more fulfilling life.

My personal mission for the team is to help everyone to achieve their deserved success in life. My success in this program has not made me greedier. In contrast it has made me more generous and I was able to contribute more to the society by means of donations.

I hope by reading the blog posts, it can help you to see things in a different light. I have personally gone through some of this transformation myself and I hope to see more of you changing for the better lives. To me, money is certainly not the motivating factor for spending my time to write this handbook. I could have easily spent this time to close more sales for myself. Seeing the difference in your life is most fulfilling to me in my personal mission for the team.

Finally I would like to offer my word of advice. To see a difference in yourself, you must first muster up your courage to change. This book is written for those with an open mind. Your state of mind determines how much you can learn from this book. And your courage determines who a person you aim to become.
